Warranty Claims

The following guide will explain how to initiate a warranty investigation

To ensure we can assist you efficiently, it’s crucial that we have accurate details about the fault you’re experiencing. Here’s how to proceed:

  1. Contact Technical SupportStart by calling our dedicated technical support line. 0333 188 99 66 (Option 2). Speak to one of our team or leave a message, and our team will get back to you promptly to discuss the issue.
  2. Complete the Warranty Form
    Once you’ve spoken to one of our engineers, fill in the online form accurately and in full. Accurate information is essential for us to process your claim.
  3. Send us a Video of the Fault
    Send us a video clearly showing the fault on the unit or CF31 controller (for the Fog Bandit 320). This step is vital—without visual evidence, we won’t be able to proceed with your claim.  Instructions on how to send us the video will be provided by email once you submit your Warranty form.
  4. Claim Decision
    Once you have submitted your form and sent us your video, please allow up to 3 working days for a response. Our team will reach out with any questions if needed.  No Warranty claims will be processed unless a video has been provided.
  5. Return Instructions (If Necessary)
    If our team determines the unit should be returned, you’ll receive a unique returns number. Be sure to send the item in its original packaging, which we can provide if required. Please note that return shipping may incur costs.
  6. Dispatch of Replacement Parts
    Once we’ve fully assessed the reported fault, we can dispatch a replacement part. The more detail you provide upfront, the faster we can complete this process.
